No one likes sweat stains, but deodorant stains aren’t much to look at either. Antiperspirants use aluminium salts to diminish the production of sweat, but these also result in those unwanted stains. A good detergent with acids, bases, minerals and enzymes, such as Ariel, will help remove deodorant stains from the fabric. Follow our tips on deodorant stain removal and see outstanding results in the 1st wash with Ariel Original Washing Liquid.
Removing deodorant stains
1
Pre-treat
Pour your liquid detergent directly onto the stain.
2
Load
Put the garment into the washing machine along with any other items.
3
Dose
Use Ariel’s pre-treat cap to ensure you use the right amount of Ariel Original Washing Liquid. Just fill it with the correct dose of washing detergent, and place it directly into your washing machine’s drum, on top of your dirty laundry.
4
Wash
Wash on the usual cycle, on the hottest wash temperature indicated. Always check the instructions on the garment’s fabric care label before washing.
5
Unload
When the cycle is complete, unload the garments immediately, or within 2 hours maximum for great results.
If the deodorant stain persists after washing, repeat the previous steps before using a tumble dryer, as drying will set the stain.
Effective stain removal on a variety of stains
Deodorant stains are not the only tough stains out there. Sweat stains can also be difficult to remove, along with nail varnish stains or mouthwash stains. The good news is that Ariel can handle your toughest laundry challenges, and with our simple stain removal tips, you can even see outstanding results after the first wash.
